Our greatest asset is our people. Professional services and products are of diminished value if they are provided in an impersonal, unfriendly, or uncomfortable environment. We all have experienced the unpleasant situation of feeling like a "number" or an "inconvenience" to those whose job is supposed to be serving the customer or patient. It doesn't make you want to go back.
