Our greatest asset is our people. Professional services and products are of diminished value if they are provided in an impersonal, unfriendly, or uncomfortable environment. We all have experienced the unpleasant situation of feeling like a "number" or an "inconvenience" to those whose job is supposed to be serving the customer or patient. It doesn't make you want to go back.

At Sierra Hearing Center, we are frequently told by patients how welcome they feel, and how friendly the staff is. Nothing makes us happier, because it is our goal to make you feel "at home". We would love to be your hearing center!

Our Mission:

The pathway to better hearing requires more than just hearing devices. It requires ongoing diagnostics, maintenance and support: it requires Hearing Care. That is why "More than hearing aids...Hearing Care" is not only our slogan, but also our mission to provide friendly, excellent service.

A professional office-- or any enterprise, really--is a culture. And cultures are driven by the values of the people making up the culture. Simply put, the staff of Sierra Hearing Center wants to be more than just dispensers of services and products--you can get those anywhere. Our goal is to make you feel "at home" in our "culture". We want to be your hearing center! Our values and our service are old-fashioned: Personal, Caring, Honest, and Friendly.  In most cases, our patients become our friends. Couple these values with seasoned professional experience and the latest, state-of-the-art technology, and that's us. We want to help you hear better...and, hopefully, we can also make you smile!
