Michael Webb, the Audiologist, was professional, thorough, and explained in such a kind manner, the entire process from being fit for hearing aids to purchasing hearing aids.
In particular I would like to commend two members of the staff who have gone out of their way to assist me. Jorge Villalvazo has been extremely professional and took all the time necessary to answer my questions and concerns. Carol Schaeffer, the Office Manager, took the time to personally call my insurance provider and iron out the problems we were facing with approval of benefits. She truly went above and beyond the level of support normally provided.

Dear Mr. Webb:
You will recall that I brought to you my suspicions and hesitation at acquiring a hearing aid system (for my wife, xxxx) almost two years ago; some years earlier we were defrauded by deceptive representations by a nationally advertised company that delivered her an inadequate system. The Virginia Consumer Affairs Department, to whom we had referred our complaint, reinforced our hesitancy by advising us that the majority of such firms were not reliable.
This note is to tell you that we have been rewarded by the extraordinarily good results that my wife has had since you outfitted her with a two-ear system. I believe I'm not exaggerating to say that the system you recommended and outfitted has changed her life—her hearing had been steadily deteriorating for the past few years.
