She completed her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. She has experience in a variety of clinical environments including the VA, the Arizona State School for the Deaf and Blind, private practice, and with an otolaryngologist practice. Dr. Fedt’s clinical interests primarily lie in the areas of adult diagnostics, amplification, tinnitus management, and aural rehabilitation. Dr. Fedt is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and became Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology in 2017.

Dr. Fedt initially became aware of the field of Audiology by witnessing poor treatment of those with hearing loss over the telephone. She wanted to improve the lives of those with hearing difficulties and educate the public on how to better communicate and interact with this population. She has enjoyed working with patients of all ages to improve their quality of life by providing solutions to those who need hearing protection devices, need relief from their tinnitus, need “some extra help” in hearing their loved ones or coworkers, or need appropriately fit hearing aids in their day-to-day lives.
